This 1-hour interactive webinar explores effective leadership strategies for engaging and managing a multigenerational workforce in healthcare and professional settings. Participants will examine the defining characteristics, values, communication styles, and workplace expectations of Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. Emphasis is placed on learning how generational perspectives shape behavior, listening with cultural and emotional intelligence, and leading with adaptability to foster collaboration, reduce conflict, and strengthen team performance. Practical strategies will be shared to support inclusive leadership, improve intergenerational communication, and promote a respectful, productive work environment across all generations.
