In this presentation, the authors will explore the concept of cultural humility and its relevance to nursing education. Background information and a brief literature review will be offered, followed by a report of an original descriptive pilot study conducted by the authors to identify the incidence of cultural humility in online nursing faculty. Ways to apply and integrate cultural humility into online nursing education will be discussed, with examples..
