Description
This course is meant to help cooperating teachers and university supervisors leverage the robust coaching, collaboration, communication, and connection skills that can make the demonstration teaching (student teaching) experience more effective. By the end of this course, cooperating teachers and university supervisors will gain basic adult coaching strategies and provide an overview of the pre-conference, observation, and feedback cycle at the heart of the student teaching experience.
