Description

Underrepresented communities continue to be an area of concern within the healthcare environment. As a persistent lack of diversity amongst healthcare professionals exists, there is a need to support a breakdown of barriers within the healthcare environment. Dr. Cook will describe challenges experienced by underrepresented communities and strategies to support underrepresented communities.
