High demand and low supply have led the United States into a serious shortage of nurses that is expected to continue through 2030. Hospitals are pulling out all the stops to retain nurses, but are we focusing on the right things? Have we created a culture of retention by giving more to nurses to increase their satisfaction--when what we really need to do is focus on supporting their engagement?

In this webinar, we will discuss the difference between engagement and satisfaction and share how some hospitals have managed to retain their nurses despite the record shortages nationwide.
