We will work to provide guidance to Nurses of all level experience while targeting those earlier in their career and interested in a leadership path. HealthLinx will look to share more than their 25 years of experience working with job seekers of all levels, but also present guidance from current healthcare leaders from various backgrounds. Focusing on career events such as education, participation within your facility, and formal vs informal leadership opportunities. We will also discuss the importance of the resume, goal setting, and share tips and insight from proven healthcare leaders. HLX will also share how we can aid in these various steps along your career ladder.
