Description

Patricia Arredondo, EdD presents this pre-recorded 90 minute webinar. All counseling needs to be culture centered. With Latinx individuals and familias, counselor self-awareness about biases and assumptions about Latinxs, knowledge about the diversity of the population, and skills to engage in culturally responsive counseling is essential. The heterogeneity of Latinx populations requires complex thinking to engage respectfully.
