How can leaders work past these challenges and manage cultural differences, working across various time zones and motivating staff from different generational groups? Criteria for Obtaining Contact Hours

  2. Achieve 80% or higher for the final assessment,
  3. Complete the end of course evaluation, and

  • Managing Diversity

    This lesson examines aspects of cultural diversity on the team and how to manage this diversity for the best of all participants, while ensuring that the virtual team functions both effectively and efficiently. We will explore various types of bias that stand in the way of healthy communication, discuss cultural mistakes and conflicts, and focus on ethics as the core issue in managing cross-cultural teams. .

  • Building Collaboration

    This lesson addresses key strategies that leaders can employ to build healthy collaboration within virtual teams.

  • Assessing Competencies
