    In this course, you will learn to define Agile and Scrum, and articulate the benefits. You will also learn the principles of the Agile Manifesto and describe the principle of continuous improvement applied to a Scrum adaptation.

  • Course 2 - Other Agile Frameworks

    To gain any level of success applying Agile to your project work, you need to have a confident understanding of Agile frameworks and the capability to correctly apply those relevant to your business. In this course, you will explore the features, strengths, and limitations of development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, and understand the role of DevOps that is crucial for Agile teams.

  • Course 3 - Scrum Events and Artifacts

    In this course you will examine the three pillars and values of Scrum and the values of Scrum. Explain the life cycle of a Scrum project, from backlog to working system, and conduct sprint events: sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and daily Scrum.

  • Course 4 - Scrum Roles

    Gain exposure to the tools and techniques used by the Scrum Master to coach the team and resolve conflicts. Define a product owner and developer role in the Scrum team and their essential attributes.

  • Course 5 - Agile Estimating, Planning, Monitoring, and Control

    Through this course, you will understand how to write user stories and epics. You will also create product road maps and plan for sprints and releases, as well as perform Agile estimation using methods like Planning Poker and Affinity Estimation techniques.

  • Course 6 - Agile on Complex Projects

    This course exposes the challenges of implementing Agile projects at enterprise scale in organizations. You will also understand the correlation of Scrum frameworks with enterprise Agile frameworks like scaled Agile foundation.
