Criteria for Obtaining Contact Hours

This micro-course content includes overviews and descriptions, engagement activities, resources, and assessments. To claim credit, the nurse learner must complete a minimum of 80% of the course content and pass each module assessment (70% or higher). Steps to claim credit:

  1. Read a minimum of 80% of the content,
  2. Complete all activities,
  3. Correctly answer at least 70% of the assessment quiz items,
  4. Complete the end of course evaluation, and
  5. Download and print or save your contact hour certificate.
