Description

We will review the key components of providing quality care and nursing excellence such as shared governance, RN Retention, Staff satisfaction on how they relate to the VA specifically and the importance of providing quality care to our country’s veterans. We will also review how a Pathway to Excellence and Magnet journey encompass all these components that should be established in each facility.
