Chad brings almost 20 years of business analysis, management, leadership, and business development experience to the position of VP of Leadership Service Delivery with HealthLinx. In this role, Chad’s primary focus is to lead teams of experienced Senior Leadership Consultants and Leader Representatives to find the best leadership solutions in healthcare. Seeking to find Transitional and Permanent solutions to our client’s leadership needs through utilization of our teams extensive network of relationships with Nurse Managers, Service Line Directors, and C-suite Executives. Chad began his career with HealthLinx as an Operations Consultant, then as a Senior Leadership Consultant, and grew into his current role where he provides leadership to multiple teams and associates. Prior to joining HealthLinx, Chad spent three years as an academic advisor in higher education and, before that, nine years as Director of Operations for a real estate development company in Columbus, Ohio. Chad earned his MBA from Ohio Dominican University and Bachelor of Education degree from Bowling Green State University.
