This session invites faculty to reflect on their lived experiences of remote work and learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a phenomenological lens, it uncovers the emotional realities behind digital fatigue, isolation, and resilience. Participants will explore how these insights can inform leadership, teaching, and student support in online environments.

Upon successful completion of this activity, attendees should be able to :
