Description

As a clinician, you have an ethical responsibility to practice self-care for both the wellbeing of your patients and you. However, focusing your energy on the care for others may lead to self-neglect and burnout.

This micro-course provides foundational knowledge on the ethical principles of self-care by introducing evidence-based strategies for personal and professional growth for counselors and professional helpers.
