Description
This course begins with a question: Is conflict inherently bad? Conflict can be either a negative or a positive force within an organization, and is not necessarily something to be avoided. Unproductive conflict can be extremely detrimental to an organization, while productive conflict can have far-ranging positive impacts. This micro-course looks at the nature of conflict and problems it can create, in preparation for considering how conflict can be turned into a valuable source of energy and transformation in the workplace.
