  • Micro-Course 3 - Data-Driven Mindset and Quality Measurements

The first step for organizational transformation is capturing data to support decisions related to transformational change. • Micro-Course 4 - Quality Improvement Models and Tools

Quality improvement, by definition, is about changing and positively impacting the services provided by an organization. Healthcare at its core seeks to improve the condition and health of those that it serves. Yet sometimes healthcare organizations harm patients. Quality activities, aimed at improving the quality of healthcare delivery, are vital for a healthcare organization’s mission of improving patient health and well-being. In this micro-course, you'll learn the methods and the tools for performance and process improvement.

  • Micro-Course 5 - Change Management and Change Leadership

Change begins with the realization that there is a problem, followed by a decision that something must be altered to produce a different, better outcome. In healthcare settings, change can seem scary; individuals and institutions are often resistant to change. For organizational change to be successful, leaders play a critical role in guiding teams toward acceptance and integration of change. In this micro-course, you will learn about the skills successful change leaders rely on to support change in healthcare organizations.
