Description
Like any other initiative, projects have goals. To ensure these goals are achieved, progress must be monitored, and corrective action taken as needed. In this micro-course, you will examine how project managers assess and report the performance of their projects. In doing so you will review the common metrics used to measure project performance, including Planned Value (PV), Cost Variance (CV), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
