Description
No two projects are exactly alike, and hence approaches to different projects can vary. These approaches–or methodologies–are often dictated by the nature of the project or its environment. Like different recipes for the same dish, different project methodologies may call for different ‘ingredients’ to effectively deliver a finished product. This micro-course presents a review of the more popular project management methodologies, including those most suitable for typical projects in healthcare settings.
