Projects are risky business. Multiple risks await every project. Among the many jobs of a project manager are activities designed to identify, plan, and mitigate the effects of risk. In this micro-course you examine the various types of risk from those associated with project selection through those associated with project closure. You also examine the activities project managers engage in planning for identifying a project’s risks, planning for those risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
