Description
Organizations invest in projects with the intent of receiving value, which may be defined in monetary terms (such as profit) and/or relative terms (such as customer satisfaction). Historically project success has been defined by the ability to deliver on-time, on-budget, and within scope. But organizations are also becoming increasingly aware of the need to align project with strategic objectives and deliver value. In this micro-course you will examine the concept of delivering organizational value through projects, including those in healthcare settings.
